We continue the discovery theme. Seems I need to return to a photo site at least once because it takes reflecting on the inevitable disappointments and insights of the first visit. Then return visits offer up new possibilities, discoveries if you will, each time particularly when the light varies. Maybe I am, at least, making progress on what is now something like our sixth visit to Sheldon Church.
Saturday morning produced heavily misting conditions. Heavily footed in would have been a delight but what we got was just fine – soft shadows and softer backgrounds. So it’s time to see how this light guides the eye. We could get in shadows and under trees. This shot would not be possible on a clear day even if overcast. Maybe I’m making progress.
